  Vertical powder packing machine consists of main packing machine, powder screw metering, bag former, date printer, sealing device, flat cutting device, and finished product output device. Entire machine is controlled by PLC system, and packaging parameters can be viewed and set via a touch screen.

  Vibrating screw feeder: When the screw rotates, the material is pushed forward and enters the hopper. To prevent powder from clumping or bridging, a vibrating motor is installed. Through high-frequency micro-vibration, the material is forced to loosen and flow into the screw groove.

  Vertical packing machine is suitable for different powder products, such as powders with poor flowability or general powders (milk powder, starch, seasoning powder), materials that easily generate dust (flour, coffee powder), and materials with a certain degree of stickiness.

  Vertical powder packaging machines can produce different bags according to customer requirements, such as pillow pouches, gusset pouches, stick pouches, 3 sides sealed bags, etc. Optional composite films: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE. These films block oxygen and moisture, preventing the powder from becoming damp.
