FB-WX-02 automatic sachet sorting counting machine is desined for sorting mass of sachets in huge production to reduce labors and increase production capacity. Sachets sorting machine can sort and remove stacked bags, outputting them one by one to a designated location for counting.

  Sorting machine can be connected to counting machine, cartoning machine, flipping device (same face/direction), and bagging machine (VFFS packing machine/premade bag filling machine) to form a complete production line. Sorting machine consists of photoelectric sensors, guide blocks, and an air blowing device to detect and adjust the posture of the sachets.

  FB-WX-02 sachet sorting counting machine is widely used in many fields such as food bags, pharmaceutical bags, beverage bags, and cosmetics. It is suitable for sorting counting 3-side seal sachets, 4-side seal sachets, irregularly shaped sachets, spout bags, stick bags, and other small packaging bags/pouches.

  Sachets sorting machine connects to the vertical packaging machine to package the sorted and counted bags. Different types of bags can be used for packaging: pillow bags, gusset bags, 3-side seal bags, etc.
