VFFS volumetric cup packing machine instructions:

1. Vertical volumetric cup packaging machine body and all product touching part are made by 304 stainless steel (volumetric cup material : nylon/stainless steel).

2. This packing machine can automatically complete cup volumetric filler measuring, date printing (optional), bag forming, filling, gas injection/exhaust(optional), (vertical and horizontal) sealing, counting.

3. It adopts a PLC control system with a color touchscreen display for easy viewing. It can store multiple packaging parameters, eliminating the need for re-addition.

4. We can add features such as punching devices, easy-tear openings, and (flat/zigzag ) cutters according to the customer's bag-making requirements.

  Volumetric cup packing machine is mainly used to pack small granular products, such as: sugar, coffee beans, salt, rice, beans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, grains, nuts, washing powder, oatmeal cereals, etc.

Vertical packaging machines can produce bags of different styles, such as 3-side seal bags, 4-side seal bags, and back seal bags. Different bag cutters can be selected: flat cutter, serrated cutter, rounded cutter, etc.
