Stick Pouch Sorter Machine is dedicated to the post-packaging process of instant stick pouches. It automatically sorts disordered, stacked and reversed long stick pouches into single or multiple neat rows with uniform orientation, consistent spacing and standard posture. 
  The finished pouches can be accurately sorted and counted before being conveyed to the cartoning or bagging station for secondary packaging. Equipped with a multi-axis servo system (11 axes as standard), it realizes precise control over running speed, pouch spacing and material posture.

  Automatic sorter machine is suitable for coffee sticks, milk tea sachets, health products and all stick-shaped packages. Compatible Materials: Aluminum foil composite film, paper-plastic composite film, transparent film & other standard packaging films. Pouch Size: L 80–200 mm, W 15–40 mm, T 3–8 mm.
