VFFS volumetric cup packing machine instructions:

1. Vertical volumetric cup packaging machine body and all product touching part are made by 304 stainless steel (volumetric cup material:nylon/stainless steel).

2. This packing machine can automatically complete cup volumetric filler measuring, date printing (optional), bag forming, filling, gas injection/exhaust (optional), (vertical and horizontal) sealing, counting.

3. We can add features such as punching devices, easy-tear openings, and (flat/zigzag) cutters according to the customer's bag-making requirements.

  Volumetric cup packing machine is mainly used to pack small granular products, such as：sugar, coffee beans, salt, rice, beans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, grains, nuts, washing powder, oatmeal cereals, etc.

  Vertical packaging machines can produce bags of different styles, such as: 3-side seal bags, 4-side seal bags, and pillow bags. Different bag cutters can be selected: flat cutter, serrated cutter, rounded cutter, etc.
