Automatic 4-side sealed pouch sorting, counting and conveying machine adopts multi-stage differential speed servo rollers, photoelectric/vision inspection, vacuum adsorption and pneumatic diverting technologies. It automatically arranges, orients, spaces, accurately counts and stably conveys disordered four-side sealed pouches.

  The machine consists of seven functional units: feeding, sorting & arranging, orientation & alignment, spacing separation, precision counting, grouped discharging and conveying. Equipped with full servo multi-axis drive (8–12 axes commonly used), it precisely controls roller speed, direction and gap. The overlapping rate is less than 0.1%, preventing thin flexible pouches from deformation and seal damage.

  Sorter machine is compatible with various flexible pouches, including four-side sealed, three-side sealed, back sealed and connected pouches. Applicable pouch size: Length ≤ 185 mm, Width ≤ 110 mm, Thickness: 0.05–0.3 mm. Cunting accuracy: ≥ 99.9%.
