1. Metal detector: Installed after packaging, detects ferrous, non‑ferrous, and stainless steel contaminants with high sensitivity; rejects contaminated packs via air blast or pusher mechanism.
2. Checkweigher: Positioned after the metal detector, checks net weight in real time; automatically rejects over‑weight and under‑weight packages; provides SPC data for quality tracking.
