All material contact components adopt food-grade stainless steel, which guarantees food hygiene and production safety. We provide multiple VFFS machine models to meet customized bag forming demands, including FBV-300, FBV-420 and FBV-520. Bag formers can be custom-made according to bag width to ensure accurate bag shaping. The whole packaging procedure is precisely controlled by PLC system. When filling weight needs to be increased, the bag length can be flexibly adjusted to achieve perfect packaging sealing and filling.

Vertical form fill seal machine supports production of multiple sachet styles, including 3/4-side sealed sachets and stick sachets. A full range of cutting tools are optional, such as flat cutters, tooth cutters and round corner cutters.
VFFS packaging machines are capable of producing 3-side / 4-side sealed bags as well as pillow bags, which can be made into continuous multi-link bags. Flat cutting and serrated cutting options are available per customer demand.
FBV-420 packaging machine manufactures gusset bags in a full range of sizes. Equipped with a corner folding device, the machine folds in both top corners of the bag mouth prior to the sealing process.
FBV-420 packaging machine can produce pillow bags of various sizes. A flat cutter, a toothed cutter, or a perforation device are available as options. Ensuring the bags are aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
