1. Professional Equipment Introduction
The FBV-300YD jelly irregular shape sachet packing machine is equipped with a main packaging machine, storage hopper, liquid/paste pump, bag former, film stacker, date printer, vertical sealing device, shape cutter, horizontal sealing device and cutting device, along with other supporting functions. As a double-line vertical liquid packaging machine, it is controlled by a PLC system, ensuring simple and convenient operation with high operational efficiency.

2. Detailed Description of Each Component
 (1). Storage Hopper: Optional functions include heating and stirring, which can meet the different needs of various liquid materials and ensure the stability of the packaging process.
 (2). Liquid/Sauce Pump: Food-grade materials are adopted for the pump to ensure compliance with food safety standards. It supports CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning, which is convenient for daily maintenance and ensures the hygiene of the whole production process.
 (3). Shape Cutter: Shape of the cutter can be customized according to customer needs to meet the requirements of different packaging shapes. The cutting operation is carried out after vertical sealing, and then horizontal sealing is performed to ensure tight sealing, clear cutting edges and high processing accuracy.

  Double-line vertical packaging machines are suitable for packaging liquid and sauce products, such as sesame suace, vinegar, enzyme drinks, ketchup, juice, and shampoo. Appropriate metering and conveying devices—such as piston pumps, ceramic metering pumps, or rotary pumps—can be selected based on different material properties.

  VFFS double-line liquid packing machine supports custom cutter profiles to meet customers’ bag forming requirements. Optional cutters include straight cutters and special-shaped cutters. Double-line packaging machine can produce a variety of bag styles, such as special-shaped sachets, stick sachets, and 3-side / 4-side sealed sachets.
