Sorter lifts bags from storage chutes, adjusts their orientation, and ejects overlapping bags via sorting rollers, ensuring bags are sorted and output individually for easy counting and packaging.
3. Automatic Counting & Collecting Machine: This machine is used to count and arrange sorted products, facilitating subsequent bagging. It can be customized based on customers’ counting and packaging needs, such as arranging 6/7/8 bags in a row.
4. Horizontal Pillow Bag Wrapping Machine: It can bag the counted and arranged products. The complete packaging process includes film stretching, bag forming, coding, sealing, zigzag cutting and finished product conveying. It can be connected to a weight detection machine to remove defective products.
