Functional Details:
1. Automatic sorter separates stacked spout bags one by one. Optional counting function is available, and it can be; integratedble with VFFS packaging machines, cartoning machines or other equipment, etc., to replace manual sorting and counting, improving efficiency and reducing labor costs.
2. A vision system can be added according to customer packaging requirements to detect the status of spout bags. Various supporting devices can be connected to adjust the bags, ensuring they are conveyed with the same face and consistent orientation.2. Optional vision system (per customer needs) detects bag status. Supporting devices adjust bags for consistent face and orientation during conveyance.
3. To ensure operational efficiency, the fully automatic bag flipping is controlled by a servo system. The servo system enables orderly and stable bag flipping, with precise control and fast response speed.
