Sorting & Counting Machine Operating Instructions:
1. Automatic sorting and counting machine handles randomly piled products, separates clustered items into individual units, and achieves orderly single-file feeding and accurate counting.
2. It adopts multi-speed roller sets (low/medium/high speed) to realize automatic sorting and single-piece discharging. This unit can be seamlessly combined with counters, case packers, baggers and other packaging equipment to form a full automated production line.
3. Equipped with 11-axis servo bag positioning system. Custom direct-drive servo couplings deliver backlash-free synchronous operation among servo motors, conveyor belts and rollers for high-precision motion control. The sorting speed is 200 to 300 bags per minute.
