Fitted with triple-coil balanced probe head. The central coil generates alternating magnetic field, while dual lateral receiving coils maintain zero offset voltage under regular operation.
  Once ferrous, non-ferrous or stainless steel contaminants sealed in finished pouches traverse the magnetic detection area, induced eddy current and magnetic field deformation disrupt coil balance. The control circuit captures differential electrical signals and triggers automatic product rejection.

  Touchscreen records total rejected pouch quantity automatically. In case of consecutive false/abnormal rejection, linked vertical form fill seal machine can be set to halt for manual inspection.
Qualified Products：
  No metal detection signal detected → Conveyor runs normally to transfer goods to subsequent checkweigher or finished-product collection bin.
Unqualified Products：
  Metal contamination triggered → HMI touchscreen transmits command to rejector mounted downstream of metal detector.
