Packages pass the infeed conveyor to trigger photoelectric switch and fully drop onto independent weighing platform. Load cells convert weight into electric signals for comparison with preset upper/lower weight limits. (Qualified: direct conveying to next process; Over/under weight: automatic rejection.)
Fitted with 10” CN/EN touch HMI, stores over 100 product formulas for one-click parameter switching. (Note: Keep gaps between pouches; overlapping/linked bags cause false rejection.)

3. Weight Comparison :Actual weight vs preset tolerance: qualified pass, out-of-spec sends signal to reject assembly.
4. Auto Reject & Data Record :Controller drives air blow / pusher / flip-plate to remove rejects; system auto counts rejects and saves data reports.
